As an SLP, you will play a crucial rolein providing essential services to students, aiding in their communication and language development, and ultimately contributing to their academic success and overall well-being.
Job Details:

• Full-time position (37.5 hours/week)
• K-12
• Onsite

Qualifications and Certifications:

• Master's Level Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as a SLP in the state of North Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
• Providing direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' progress.
• Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of students' educational plans.
• Staying updated on best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
