- Assist with developing and adjusting long and short-term project plans.
- Maintain vendor relationships while working with vendors to schedule and host vendor-led training on an as needed basis.
- Collect and assess tool usage data.
- Maintain usage data metrics for reporting purposes.
- Interpret regulatory directives, oversee contract compliance, and coordinate essential program information with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support internal team leads with product evaluation and planning.
- Research ways to eliminate program bottlenecks and barriers to production; support government counterparts (customers) in development of solutions to program issues.
- Assist in managing program cost, schedule, performance, and risks in accordance with policies and procedures; formulate proposed mitigations as necessary.
- Respond to data calls and inquiries on program policies and procedures.
- Complete Monthly Status Reports, documenting contract deliverables and projects
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must have Secret security clearance at the start of position.
- 8+ years of experience leading diverse teams.
- 8+ years of experience in successfully managing complex projects and government programs.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, showcasing initiative and meticulous attention to detail.
- Must be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
