    About the Job:

    We are searching for high-energy Account Executive who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executive will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend payroll, ATS, and onboarding products or services that maximize value. Account Executive may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills.

    Successful account managers will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be able organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

    Primary Objectives:

    • Prospect, qualify and develop leads into sales-ready opportunities.
    • Successfully manage and overcome sales objections to develop interest.
    • Ensure accurate data in our CRM solution to drive strategy for our future growth.
    • Partner with our SDRs and Marketing to help generate meetings and a sales pipeline.
    • Achieve Weekly KPIs and a Monthly/Quarterly Quota of Pipeline and closed business.
    • Presenting high level product demonstration for clients in person or via zoom.

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of Payroll Services Systems.
    • Prospecting, set appointments, book demos, negotiate agreements and secure new business account.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Make cold calls to potential clients according to assigned standards and goals.
    • Able to plan for changes, obstacles, and external forces.
    • Build value-added relationships with decision makers and C-level executives within assigned territory.
    • Proactive, forward looking and able to maintain a long-term, big-picture view.

    Compensation:

    • Annual base pay of $55,000 - $75,000 + Uncapped Commission
