Benefits Analyst – Human Resources

We're looking for a Benefits Analyst to support employee benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations. If you're passionate about employee benefits, data accuracy, and improving the employee experience, this is your opportunity to make an impact supporting products enjoyed worldwide.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package
What You'll Do:
Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and leave
Lead Open Enrollment planning, execution, employee communications, and reporting
Maintain accurate benefits data within HRIS and vendor systems
Perform benefits audits, reconciliations, and invoice reviews
Support compliance activities related to ACA, ERISA, FMLA, and benefits regulations
Serve as a subject matter expert for employee benefit questions and education
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations
Strong knowledge of employee benefits, HRIS systems, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and benefits reporting tools
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
