  • Coordinate with the Athletic Department and Marketing team to align branding and messaging.
  • Encourage student, parent, and alumni engagement through youth sports events and recognition moments.

3. Communicate and Support Sports Development Opportunities

  • Distribute information on local camps, clinics, and training opportunities available to King's Way students.
  • Collaborate with school coaches to plan and promote on-campus athletic camps and clinics.
  • Maintain an updated calendar of opportunities for families.

4. Build Long-Term Systems and Sustainable Revenue Pathways

  • Develop consistent processes for registration, communication, and fee collection.
  • Support the creation of sustainable financial models for youth athletics programs.
  • Track participation trends and make recommendations for future offerings or adjustments.

5. Network with Local Leagues and Community Partners

  • Serve as the school's liaison with local youth leagues and community athletic organizations.
  • Strengthen relationships with key partners to secure opportunities for school-affiliated teams.
  • Represent King's Way Christian Schools professionally at league meetings and community events.

6. Ensure Effective Promotion and Collaboration for Camps, Clinics, and Clubs

  • Partner with principals, the athletic department, and business office to align scheduling, communication, and billing processes.
  • Ensure that all youth athletic events are communicated through proper school channels.
  • Monitor program performance to ensure sustainability and mission alignment.
