    • Heavy Civil Construction cost management experience (highway, roadway improvement, grading, paving, site development, underground utilities, concrete, structural, flatwork)

    Role Overview:
    We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for various civil construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness, and ultimately contributing to the continued success and growth of the company.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning and implementation of project strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
    • Oversee all aspects of the project life cycle, from initial bidding and proposal development to project execution and completion.
    • Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met within time and budget constraints.
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as adherence to safety standards and company policies.
    • Manage and mentor project managers and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the civil construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing largescale projects
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
    • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
