A large complex services organization with a national footprint is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to join its corporate accounting function.This role supports high-judgment accounting matters in a fast-growing transaction-heavy environment and partners closely with accounting leadership and cross-functional stakeholders,
The Technical Accounting Manager will focus on complex accounting areas including business combinations equity-based compensation and other non-routine transactions requiring interpretation of U.S. GAAP.
Responsibilities
- Research interpret and document accounting conclusions for complex transactions under U.S. GAAP
- Prepare and maintain technical accounting memos and position papers
