- Represent the community in dealings with outside agencies, including governmental agencies and

- Immediately act on reports of allegations of resident abuse and/or misappropriation of resident
- Review resident complaints and grievances with the Executive Director and discuss such actions with
- Assist residents in establishing and implementing a Resident/Group Council/Support Group.
- Maintain a relationship with residents, their families, support staff, etc. to assure that the residents'
- Ensure that policies governing the timely notice for resident discharges and/or room or roommate
- Report suspected or known incidents of fraud relative to false billings, filing of false cost reports,
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with the medical profession and other health related
- Encourage and assist residents to socialize and develop friendships with others.
- Assist department directors in the topic selection, planning, conducting, and scheduling of in-service
- Meet with department directors on a regularly scheduled basis, and conduct/participate in in-service
