    Human Resources Manager

    Job Description

    The Human Resources Manager is an integral part of ACRM's leadership team, supporting the practice for all Human Resources needs. This position is responsible for recruiting, managing personnel management processes and functions, managing the timesheet and payroll processes, administering benefits and supporting ACRM associates for personnel needs. ACRM seeks an experienced 4-year college graduate responsible for all HR functions within the practice.

    ACRM is a very dynamic environment which subscribes to principles of quality and excellence. This is a full-time position located in the Atlanta - Perimeter area office, where all central operations are located.

    Responsibilities:

    •Establishes and leads the recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes for the practice in conjunction with the leadership team. Trains new hires on ACRM processes and procedures; facilitates ongoing education and training for all ACRM associates.

    •Coordinates and administers the benefits program for prospective and enrolled associates; works with the COO and practice leaders to identify annual benefit changes and updates to foster employee satisfaction and retention.

    •Leads competitive market research to establish and recommend compensation structures to practice leadership.

    •Coordinates and processes bi-weekly employee payroll programs; coordinates time management systems and reporting in conjunction with department managers.

    •Completes monthly reporting requirements for accounting teams with regards to payroll and accrual calculations. Maintains general ledger with regards to payroll transactions.

    •Assists in the administration of accounts payable functions in the absence of the AP team.

    •Manages internal company communication and employee feedback. Designs and implements company-wide events and recognition programs.

    •Subject matter expert for the human resources needs throughout the organization; maintains industry-wide knowledge and the latest best practices and compliance requirements.

    •Coaches and trains managers in communication and feedback for their teams; serves as a resource to assist with personnel management needs.

    •Monitors and advises managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of the practice. Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process.

    •Leads company compliance with all existing compliance and reporting requirements for EEO, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, DOL, workers compensation, OSHA and others.

    •Member of ACRM's leadership team, interacts with other peers and departments, including CCRM Fertility Network stakeholders.

    •Other responsibilities as assigned.

    Requirements

    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration or related field required
    Experience Requirements
    • 7+ years Human Resources experience required
    • At least 2 years as an HR Manager experience required
    • Excellent computer skills, specifically in Excel, HRIS systems; General Ledger experience preferred
    • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
    • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs
    • Evidence of the ability to practice and coach others, including peers, in personnel management policies and procedures
    • Possesses a high level of confidentiality
    • Excellent organizational skills required
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
    • Strong communication skills with team members and external business partners and stakeholders
