    Job Description

    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.

    Soliant isseeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our K-5 school-based team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to implement behavior intervention plans and support students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other behavioral challenges. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives and contribute to their success in a school setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or licensed clinician.
    • Provide direct support to students with ASD or other behavioral challenges in classroom, small group, or one-on-one settings.
    • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress towards individual goals.
    • Assist teachers and staff in implementing evidence-based strategies and interventions to address challenging behaviors and promote positive outes.
    • Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
    • municate regularly with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress and collaborate on intervention strategies.
    • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    • Bachelors degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
    • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities in a school or clinical setting.
    • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
    • Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children with special needs.
    • Willingness to undergo a background check and any required training or certifications.
