- Develop and implement warehouse operations system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Oversee all warehouse logistics, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and optimize warehouse operational costs while maintaining service and quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a highperforming warehouse team, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure a seamless supply chain and resolve any operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategic plans for operational enhancements.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including negotiation of contracts and oversight of services.
- Prepare and manage the warehouse operations budget, ensuring costeffectiveness and resource optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing a team in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies and implementation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
