Description

Job Responsibilities

Provide effective and timely services and support all existing scheduled projects

Provide sales support on technical specification & information, data, drawings

Project quotation specification confirmation and technical clarification

Design accessories and create 3DCAD drawings for quotations and assemblies

Provide consultation and offer workable solutions to help solve customers' concerns

Do on-site technical assessment and provide engineering solutions

Presentation and training to internal and customers

Ensures quality by completing all final inspections and repair reports

Requirements


Degree/Diploma:
Mechanical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

DCAD:
Ability to operate (Solid Works)


Knowledge:
Good knowledge on valves and instrumentation is preferred


Experience:
Related experience in process & control or instrumentation service industry is preferred


Skills:
Decisive, drive and ability to deliver effective, innovative solutions


Software:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


Work:
Be able to work long term with us


Language:
English fluency (meeting and writing reports inside and outside the company)


Attitude:
A person who has a positive mindset, can think and act for himself/herself (most important)


Flexibility:
A person who can act flexibly for sudden related work


Confidentiality:
A person who can keep confidentiality


Management:
Good people management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels

Reporting Function
Directly report to Engineering General Manager
