the site procurement team and provide them with hands-on support and guidanceprocurement resources, clear goals, objectives, and develop annual training plansan active member of Site Leadership Teamand effective support during unplanned outagesimplementation of Category Management & Procurement initiativesand control site contracts and Master Service AgreementsLegal, Insurance, Treasury, EH&S, and other functions for negotiation and vetting of contractual termsand monitor supplier relationship & supplier performance with agreed metrics/KPIs and execute supplier Quarterly Business Reviewsand execute supplier creation and data maintenance processWhat you will bring:degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Administration, Finance, or related field required5+ years relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and financial analytics5+ years of leadership experiencein disciplines such as Procurement (SCMP/CPSM), Inventory Management (CIPS), Lean Six Sigma, or Operational Planning are beneficialat a large industrial site in the petrochemical or oil and gas industry preferredenterprise asset management systems Oracle/SAP and eProcurement
