    Role as MD:

    We're seeking a visionary Managing Director for the US East region to guide our strategic accounts towards unprecedented success. This role is pivotal in amplifying our trajectory, driving customer success, and shaping our future growth alongside a talented global team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Spearhead customer success and manage P&L for strategic accounts, targeting revenue milestones through exceptional client service and strategic insight.
    • Champion growth by attracting, nurturing, and expanding strategic customer relationships, ensuring Forsys remains a preferred partner.
    • Build and maintain influential relationships with C-level executives and industry leaders, turning engagement success into new business ventures.
    • Propel Forsys as a thought leader, educating our customers on our cutting-edge solutions and services.
    • Strategically manage P&L for strategic accounts, guiding financial strategy including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
    • Diagnose customer challenges across processes, systems, and data, devising robust solutions while driving opportunity creation and proposal submission through CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
    • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning, serving as a mentor and inspiration to our team.
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Program, Solution, Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams, ensuring top-tier delivery and resource strategy.
    • Liaise internally with Solutions, Delivery, Legal, Finance, etc., to expedite and secure favorable commercial outcomes.
    • Uphold the highest standards of regulatory, ethical, and professional integrity.

    Requirements:

    • A proven leader with at least 10 years in senior roles within top-tier consulting, renowned for driving client delivery and business growth.
    • Expertise in high-tech, manufacturing, or healthcare industries, recognized as a thought leader.
    • Demonstrated experience managing P&L for business units or customer accounts exceeding $10M.
    • Exceptional abilities in client relationship building, financial management, and team leadership.
    • Advanced degree in business, economics, or a relevant field.
    • Proficiency in the Lead-to-Cash domain (CPQ/CLM/Billing/Ecommerce) is highly desirable.
    • Experience in leading multi-shore projects is a plus
