A client on Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to support their team out of Fort Walton Beach, FL.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects and programs, and playing a pivotal role in nurturing business relationships with customers to identify future opportunities.
Your main objective will be to oversee material and labor expenditures, coordinate company-wide efforts, and ensure the attainment of program goals and objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
Contract Compliance:
Ensure that deliveries align with contract requirements, maintaining a high level of quality and meeting deadlines.
Program Planning:
Contribute to short and long-term program planning to ensure all objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Reporting:
Assist in preparing and distributing program status reports to satisfy both internal and external customer requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
Interface with customers and suppliers to build a cohesive program team, aligning efforts towards common objectives.
Customer Engagement:
Conduct formal and informal reviews with customers to ensure compliance with contract requirements and foster a positive business relationship.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill all program requirements, ensuring seamless integration of efforts.
Communication and Reporting:
Keep company management informed of all issues, achievements, and challenges related to assigned programs.

Required Skills & Experience
Successful candidate must possess one of the following: BS degree in Program Management and/or PMP certification, with 5 years of related management experience in defense aerospace electronics or 10 years of experience in defense aerospace electronics to include 5 years in a management position
MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project experience preferred
Experience with technical disciplines to include but not limited to: RF design, digital design, software development, preferred
DoD MIL Standards and Specifications experience preferred
AS9100 and ISO9000 experience preferred
