    Job Responsibilities:


    Adhere to the policies and procedures for the provision of therapy services per the goals of CPT and FacilityMaintain the standards for rehabilitation servicesPerform administrative duties as necessary for the day-to-day operations of the rehab departmentDevelop a good rapport with the patient, their family members and third-party payers, and any others involved in the total management of the patientQualifications:Graduate of an occupational therapy school program approved by the AOTALicensed, certified, or registered to practice in the State of Illinois or Wisconsin as an occupational therapistCertified by NBCOT as an occupational therapistFunctions according to the AOTA Code of Ethics and Standards of PracticeBenefits Overview401(k) Retirement Savings ProgramSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
