Job summary
Cut, shape and prep structural steel components for welding and assembly. Lay out fit position beams columns brackets etc according drawings instructions ensure square level aligned using basic tools like tape measures squares levels tack welding grind deburr clean structural steel parts meet company quality standards check measurements alignment overall fit-up throughout build ensure accuracy safe installation fill out simple forms notes related inspections part numbers completed work as required inspect maintain tools welding machines equipment safe ready use follow all safety rules proper ppe help keep work area clean organized.

- Experience working with structural steel basic welding tacking
- Knowledge of proper cut up alignment measurement practices
