    Description

    We are looking for highly motivated, self driven, bilingual (English & Spanish) individuals to expand our sales effort to new territories throughout the regional South East.

    Responsibilities

    Our Outside Sales Representatives meet with customers in person to identify their needs and close sales deals. Their main duties include traveling to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers, identifying prospective customers, negotiating sales contracts and telling clients about new products, updates and any other necessary communications.

    Qualifications

    • Sales experience or Bachelor's Degree in related
    • CRM knowledge
    • Fluent in English & Spanish
    • Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
    • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
    • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
    • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
    • Physical endurance, as Sales Representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations and carry heavy products
