Job summary
We are hiring experienced Independent Freight Sales Agents who want to grow their own book of business with real operational support behind them.This is a commission based role paid as a percentage of gross margin where agents manage their own customers and freight while leveraging our operating authority carrier network TMS and support team.
- You will prospect onboard and manage your own shipper customers while building and maintaining a personal book of business.
- Negotiate pricing design transportation solutions develop consistent profitable freight volume.
- Secure carrier capacity negotiate rates protect margin coordinate pickups transit delivery.
