    Summary: As a Cloud Service Plan Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the client license renewal process, recommending appropriate licensing options, and resolving technical issues related to billing and licensing for Microsoft cloud services such as Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. You will also receive training and support on how to use and optimize the Microsoft cloud services for your clients' business needs. This is a fully remote position that can be done from anywhere in the U.S.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist with the client license renewal process for Microsoft cloud services, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning and adjustments
    • Recommend appropriate licensing options for Microsoft cloud services based on the client's business requirements, budget, and usage patterns
    • Resolve technical issues related to billing and licensing for Microsoft cloud services, such as disputes, errors, refunds, or credits
    • Receive training and support on how to use and optimize the Microsoft cloud services for your clients' business needs, such as creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations
    • Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices for Microsoft cloud services and communicate them to your clients
    • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve the client experience and satisfaction with Microsoft cloud services
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related field
    • Some experience in managing Microsoft cloud services or similar cloud-based solutions
    • Familiarity with Microsoft cloud service plan types, features, pricing, and billing methods
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft cloud services such as Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
