    General Manager Job Description

    About the Job:

    • Responsible for meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals
    • Pre-plan with strategic customer outreach and in-club leads
    • Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members

    As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in exemplifying leadership qualities across all business areas.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
    • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
    • Ability to manage memberships and retail revenue streams

    Must have excellent communication skills and a passion for fitness

    Duties:

    • Lead Generation: Engage in marketing efforts to generate leads
    • Membership and Rider Relations: Maintain rapport and lasting relationships with members
    • CBX Team: Hire, train, and supervise team members

    Financial Performance: Collaborate to set and meet financial targets

    Operations:

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio
    • Ensure all technology is in working order

    • Meet sales goals assigned by General Manager
