- Provide senior geotechnical/geological engineering review technical assistance for evaluations design report preparation contract document development construction of projects involving soil rock mechanics geohazards soil/structure interaction subsurface exploration field testing laboratory testing geophysical methods foundations transportation structures slope stability retaining walls excavation support systems dewatering instrumentation pavement systems earthwork operations
- Apply high-level geotechnical/geological engineering techniques processes identify improvements project phases infrastructure engineering work concept preliminary final design design/build partnerships procurement construction operation
- Oversight collecting compiling analyzing data physical work site soil/rock samples surveys LiDAR blueprints GIS data subsurface utility maps hydrologic analysis geological geological data matrices project development construction
- Develop construction plans specifications cost estimates preparing safety phasing plans coordination owners disciplines sub-consultants clients
