< b >Job summary < p > This position reports to the Continuum of Care Housing Director and is responsible for providing supervision to Case Managers serving our transitional age youth .< br > The incumbent will provide leadership and guidance in the development of policies and procedures related to program operations , as well as ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations .< br > Other responsibilities include building strong relationships with community partners , facilitating team staff meetings , participating in HFF ' s Management Team , and assisting with the development of the department ' s annual budget .< br >< br >
