Our Bankruptcy practice in Dallas is focused on representing creditors in complex matters, and we are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team and strengthen our client services.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join our Dallas office. Candidates should have at least 8 years of practice, with strong experience representing creditors on the plaintiff side. Service Partner candidates are highly desired.
The ideal attorney will have a proven track record of handling complex bankruptcy matters, developing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of a thriving practice.

Job Details
8+ years of experience in bankruptcy law, with a strong focus on creditor-side work.
Proven ability to first-chair bankruptcy litigation and manage matters independently.
Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
Admission to practice in Texas.
