    CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Utilizes the established marketing guidelines for designing multimedia content, ranging from infographics and flyers to video and audio messages for neighbors.
    • Serves as program liaison for agency storytelling content including blogs, websites, email blasts, social media posts, and publications.
    • Assists with special event communications and ensures that neighbors are aware of all events occurring at the Community Centers.
    • Assists the Director of Career Services and Director of Operational Excellence as needed with writing and editing program narratives, neighbor stories, and fundraising reports.
    • Works alongside the agency Marketing department to create newsletters, flyers, and other promotional materials for Career Offices
    • Establishes the development and distribution of program-level newsletters.
    • Assist with community outreach as needed.
    • Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
    • Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
    • Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
    • Create and maintain Workforce Solutions' social media pages and profiles
    • Track and analyze analytics report to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
    • Collaborate with other departments to manage Workforce Solutions reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
