- Familiarity with MS Office and Teams

Summary
Full-time salaried remote position of IT Support Specialist -
This position will begin with a 3-month training process with periodically increasing responsibilities post training
Topics will include:
warehousing processes, client organizations, internal escalation paths, construction and execution of database queries, operation of deep storage retrieval systems.
Upon display of required abilities, candidates will begin receiving and resolving tickets supporting clients while ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
Candidates will require self-discipline, must be an avid learner, and will need to follow through responsibly to resolve issues both internally and externally.
Position will offer advancement potential based upon successful completion of responsibilities and performance.Responsibilities
