- The key projects are establishments of joint venture business entities for hydrogen truck operation and implementation on partnership of EV battery recycling business
- Establish JV (Joint Venture) business entity by reviewing/setting business registration, operational license, permit & regulations, developing overall work process of trucking operations including staff/driver recruitment/training, partnership with hydrogen supplier, asset (Tractor) maintenance/management, customer care service etc.
- Conduct in-depth research on Hydrogen/EV battery recycling industry trends, identifying on long-term business opportunities
