    Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)is the shift for this role. The Job Description:RN/Rehab Avg. Daily Census: 24-30 Rooms/Beds: 30 Ratio: 1:6 all shifts Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: Y/N Yes Certs Required: BLS Skills REQ: Acute Rehab hospital Telemetry - on the unit monitoring Telemetry - remote monitoring Blood glucose monitoring Insulin protocols Thickened liquids Foley catheter removal Administration of blood blood products Central line care PICC lines Starting and maintaining IVs Pulse Oximetry Fall Risk Assessment/Prevention Infection Prevention Isolation Precautions/PPE Weekend REQ: Y/N min of 8 weekend shifts per 6 weeks Is on-call REQ? Y/N What is the req? N/A Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Regular floating may be required between departments units and facilities as needed. Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Y/N: N/A Holiday Requirements: Yes if holiday falls on scheduled days. Open to accommodating block schedule? No Locals accepted: Y/N What is the local radius rule? No home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility Pending State License accepted: Y/N No RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned.
