Computer Support Technician - Los Angeles

Job summary
Provide hands-on support for desktop computers, laptops, printers and other peripherals diagnose and resolve hardware software issues in a timely and professional manner install configure and upgrade operating systems applications relocate set up IT equipment for staff moves department changes use ServiceNow to manage document support tickets work performed collaborate with clinical administrative staff to minimize disruption to patient care escalate complex issues to higher level support teams when necessary ensure compliance with hospital IT policies data security privacy standards support mobile devices hospital specific applications assist with onboarding offboarding of hospital staff from an IT perspective participate in routine maintenance patching updates of systems provide excellent customer service maintain professional demeanor in all interactions.Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in technical support role
