    Job Overview:


    Join our team at Stargaze Candles as a Social Media Manager and take on a crucial role in managing and optimizing our presence on Instagram and TikTok platforms.

    Your main responsibilities will involve crafting visually appealing content, developing engaging captions, and interacting with our audience to establish meaningful connections and strengthen brand loyalty.


    Key Duties:


    Content Development:

    • Create and curate visually captivating content for Instagram and TikTok, encompassing images, videos, and various media forms.
    • Stay updated on current trends and identify opportunities for innovative and attention-grabbing content creation.

    Scheduling and Posting:

    • Organize and plan posts on Instagram and TikTok to uphold a consistent and compelling presence.
    • Optimize content for maximum engagement during peak hours.

    Crafting Captions:

    • Create clever, insightful, and brand-oriented captions that complement the content shared.
    • Customize captions to resonate effectively with the target audience on each platform.

    Engagement with the Community:

    • Monitor interactions, messages, and mentions across Instagram and TikTok platforms.
    • Reply to comments and messages promptly with a warm and brand-aligned tone.
    • Foster positive engagements and address customer queries or issues.

    Building Audience Base:

    • Implement strategies to boost follower count, likes, and shares on both platforms.
