    Job Description Job Description This Christian mission agency needs a full time bookkeeper and administrator to join our team helping send church work-teams to Haiti.

    Quickbooks experience required. Please tell us about your QB experience.
    Experienced in invoicing, receiving, receipting. Pledging is a plus. Fund accounting is a plus.
    Excel Experience required. Must know how to create Excel spreadsheets and insert excel formulas on single and multiple page spreadsheets.
    Experienced at payroll, taxes and benefits. PAYCHEX experience a plus.
    Experienced reconciling monthly banking statements and credit cards.
    Prepare and make bank deposits.
    Manage and maintain online payments pages.
    Maintain team calendars for church teams visiting Haiti.
    Marketing and Mail Chimp.
    Monitor and respond to customer questions and emails.
    Website support experience a plus.

    This is a Christian Ministry and candidates must be willing to participate in regular chapel and pray with church members.
