    About us: Apicii is a bespoke hospitality company that develops, owns, and operates restaurants, bars and private event spaces across the United States and abroad. Michelin-starred Chef Jonathan Benno leads Apicii's culinary team.

    About our Venue: Built in 1931, First National Center is widely considered to be Oklahoma City's top architectural treasure. The Center has undergone a complete renovation and will re-open in 2022 as a multi-use development boasting a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel, apartments, offices, unparalleled private event spaces, and an exciting portfolio of restaurants and bars managed by Apicii.

    Bartender

    Summary:

    The Bartender is responsible for taking beverage & food orders, preparing and serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to restaurant specifications.

    Responsibilities:


    • Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications


    • Helping guests choose menu items or guiding them through drink options


    • Taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their time at the restaurant or event


    • Keeping the bar stocked and clean while providing friendly and attentive service


    • Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages

    Must Haves:

    The ideal candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age as well as two year(s) experience as a Bartender or Bar-back. Fluency in English (both verbal and non-verbal), legible communication skills, and knowledge of basic arithmetic are also musts.
