The Walden Street Schoolis a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes intraumainformed care.
Walden provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
JRI provides training so that:
YOU will be able to assist in oversight of the Residential Department with the Residential Director and provide care and treatment of our students.
YOU will be able to assist in ensuring all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage.
YOU will be able to provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff.
YOU will be able to lead residential meetings and trainings, and runs residential shifts when needed.Why JRI?

Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age.
Residential or Mental Health setting experience required.
Supervisory or management experience in Residential setting required.
Maintains valid driver's license as transporting students is required.
Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students
Background and driving record checkswill be performed.
