    We are currently hiring for an Assistant Project Manager for a large Multifamily Apartment project.

    As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be expected to:

    Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects, and vendors.

    Ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget, making any necessary adjustments along the way to ensure the successful completion of the project.

    Assist in the management of project documentation and records for the duration of the project.

    Help in preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

    Aid in the implementation of the company's safety policies and procedures and OSHA compliance.

    Assist in the preparation of project status reports and ensure project team is kept informed about project progress, risks, and issues that may impact client relations or project delivery.

    Collaborate with project team members to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

    A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically with multi-family apartment projects.

    Proven experience with stick frame and wood frame construction methods.
    Strong understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles.
    Excellent time management ability and strong organizational skills.
    Proficient in using project management software and other relevant computer applications.
    A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
