Job description
We're in need of temporary employment to help with our Claims Department in the Automotive Industry. We're seeking self-motivated individuals who have experience working in a fast paced environment. The Customer Service Specialist supports the Claims Department by managing email correspondence and day-to-day communication with automotive dealers and finished vehicle carriers. This role serves as a key point of contact, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses related to vehicle claims, documentation, and issue resolution. This is a remote position. Previous Claims experience is an asset. English/Spanish also an asset.
This is a contract position – 6 months, potential for ongoing long-term employment
Hours of work: 12noon - 8pm Mon-Fri
Wage: $20/hour
Familiarity with Outlook and Professional email communication, Microsoft Excel use – Proficient
Computer proficiency, Date Entry Skills, Exceptional communication skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour
