    Position Description:

    Develops, deploys, and supports the development of key applications and features using Power App, Power Virtual Agents, Power Automate, Dataverse, Security Roles and Access Management, Ribbon, and Workbench. Delivers new and enhanced applications. Identifies and communicates systems development processes. Develops applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Angular/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS, JavaScript, and PowerPlatform. Identifies and resolves product issues.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.

    Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in multiple platforms.

    Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.

    Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.

    Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.

    Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.

    Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.

    Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.

    Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.

    Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiative.

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) developing client and server Cloud applications in a Financial Services environment.

    Or, alternatively, Master s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) developing client and server Cloud applications in a Financial Services environment.

    Skills and Knowledge:

    Candidate must also possess:

    Demonstrated Expertise (\u201CDE\u201D) developing client and server Cloud applications in a Financial Services environment using M365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Custom connectors, and RESTful Application Programming Interfaces (APIs); developing critical compliance, governance, and financial crimes monitoring applications using Microsoft technologies -- PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power, and Virtual Agents; and client-side scripting API to apply business logic and custom functionality in Model Driven applications using JavaScript.

    DE building SharePoint migration plans using migration tools -- Metalogix and Sharegate; designing enterprise content management system architecture using SharePoint online; migrating SharePoint on-premises environments to Cloud (SharePoint online) using Metalogix and Sharegate; designing and developing custom applications and Web parts using SPFX framework and PnP PowerShell; and creating data loss prevention governance policies.

    DE providing production support for code deployment and monitoring environment Health using Azure APP Insights; performing solution deployment automation using Jenkins Pipeline; and performing Application Programming Interface (API) testing using Postman to reduce delays in system transactions.

    DE developing PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and plans using Windows PowerShell ISE and PNP PowerShell; and creating SOAP and REST APIs using Postman and Structured Query Language (SQL).
