Description

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Senior Office Manager for assisting INSCOM G3 A-ISR Leadership and Branch Chiefs with staff management and administration of daily activities
Candidate will perform as the primary coordinator for tasks assigned, which includes coordinating the task, ensuring that all requirements are met and fully addressed, ensuring that leadership has reviewed and approved the task response, and ensuring that task response is prepared for release prior to the suspense date and time
Responsible for p reparing notes and identifying action items made by executives during meetings and coordinating with Branch Chiefs for tasking
Anticipate and prepare materials needed for conference, correspondence, appointments, meeting, telephone calls, etc., and informs lead officer on matters to be considered
Provide quality assurance and quality control for documents submitted for leadership's approval and alert Action Officers to any conflict with the file or departure from policies or leadership's viewpoints; gives advice to resolve the problems
Candidate must be willing to work full-time onsite, independently, or closely with other staff action officers to ensure quality products are delivered in a timely manner
Required Skills

Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Able to expertly communicate written and orally with senior military staff leaders.
Experience creating senior-level briefings, white papers, information papers, and executive summaries.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites is a must; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, is a plus

Required Experience

BA in English, communications, or related discipline, and a minimum of five years of experience as a writer and/or editor

Relevant and equivalent experience (listed in resume) may be substituted for degree requirement
Desired Qualifications

MA or graduate coursework in English or related discipline.
Experience supporting executive or corporate leadership and collaborating with C-suite-level professionals.
Experience on a major military command headquarters or DoD staff
