    Job Title: Housekeeper M-F 7a-3p


    About the Role:


    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a housekeeper. As a member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident apartments, common areas, and facilities.


    • Clean floors, dust, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments
    • Vacuum, shampoo and deodorize carpets
    • Clean surfaces throughout the community
    • Respond to resident room emergencies

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
    • A high level of physical fitness due to frequent standing walking lifting bending pushing pulling cleaning daily tasks associated with position other potential hazards employees who take on similar roles may encounter etc)
