Job Summary
The Thrive Initiative Coordinator oversees the implementation and execution of the Thrive Initiative within Wester county and the Fort Dodge Community. This role serves as the primary local lead, building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners and coordinating collaborative efforts to improve justice and child-welfare outcomes.- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners.
- Organize monthly alliance meetings for progress updates.
- Act as an expert in the Thrive Initiative providing support to partners.
- Promote organization collaboration.
