    Urology Locum Physician

    Required Skills:
    Active Urology medical license in New Mexico
    Proven experience providing clinic and surgical Urology services
    Clean professional record with no history of malpractice or disciplinary actions
    Ability to manage clinic and OR duties efficiently
    Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
    Availability to start in November or December 2025


    Nice to Have Skills:
    Prior locum or temporary Urology coverage experience
    Familiarity with hospital or surgical center protocols
    Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
    Advanced surgical techniques or certifications


    Preferred Education and Experience:
    Board-certified or eligible in Urology
    Minimum of 2 years of post-residency outpatient and surgical experience
    Prior experience with coverage in diverse clinical settings


    Other Requirements:
    Availability to work at least one week per month, with two weeks preferred
    No weekend, holiday, or call commitments required
    Commitment to working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
    Ability to obtain temporary privileges swiftly and adhere to all licensing and credentialing procedures
