Compensation:

$60,000 – $80,000 annually

About the Role:

As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, your main responsibility will be managing all day-to-day accounting tasks for two retail outlets. This includes processing accounts payable invoices, monitoring the accounts receivable aging report, issuing invoices, creating journal entries, handling bank and credit card reconciliations, and overseeing month-end closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable and maintaining positive relationships with vendors
• Monitoring the accounts receivable aging report and communicating with customers for collections
• Conducting bank and credit card reconciliations
• Preparing journal entries at month-end

Requirements for the Role:

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

Educational Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred
