Being able to read blue prints to assemble each and every job and to hold tight tolerances according to prints.

Helmet and tools are required by employee

(Calipers, squares, cutoff, and hand tools are a few of tools required)

Mig and Tig skills required

Spot welding Optional

Stud welding Optional

Soldering Optional

Plasma cutting Optional


Blue print reading, with English and metric formats

Math skills for layout purposes

Knowledge of all welding symbols and techniques

Cold roll and hot roll steel, Stainless, Aluminum, are the most common materials

Gages of material range from .020 to .500 thicknesses on an average
