Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sushi Helper to join our culinary team.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food preparation, sushi artistry, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The Sushi Helper will assist in preparing ingredients, assembling sushi dishes,
and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing sushi ingredients, including slicing fish, vegetables, 
  • SUPPORT THE ASSEMBLY OF SUHI ROLLS AND OTHER MENU ITEMS ACCORDING TO ESTABLISHED RECIPES AND PRESENTATION STANDARDS
  • Maintain cleanliness &  n sanitation of workstations
    ,< br >tools ,< br >and equipmentin compliance with food safety regulations-li>

  • Help with food handling,
    storage, and inventory management to ensure freshness
    and quality of ingredients
