The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and recruit a team of highly skilled mobile engineers.
You are comfortable working in a rapid environment and thrive when challenged with solving complex problems.In this role, your focus will be creating amazing software solutions for our customers and making a positive impact on peoples daily lives.
What You'll Do Recruit, challenge, and reward high-performing individuals to help them achieve their full potentialLead development, take ownership of key product features, and ensure to deliver with speed and qualityProvide leadership in iteratively defining & refining development processes as your team growsWork in an agile, small team environment within a highly successful Cloud company that is growing fastDirectly collaborate with all product stakeholders and drive multiple features to successful deliveryBe a trusted partner for senior management to determine best solutions, help drive alignment, and implement decisions throughout your teamRequirements 5+ years of software engineering management experience using an agile development process5+ years building applications for the iOS ecosystemStrong Object-oriented backgroundStrong understanding of Apples design principles and interface guidelinesExperience with mobile resource management and performance tuningExperience working with iOS frameworks (Core Data, SQLite, Core Animation)Experience building high-performance teamsStrong communication skillsExperience with Agile methodologiesWe are looking for strong mentors with a proven record of making your team betterApplicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the United States.
