WinnMed is seeking to hire aRegistered Nurseto join our hospitalEmergency Department.

Emergency Department (ED)RNsprovide patient care to a variety of patients who present to the ED and/or Urgent Care, including infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

ED isopen24/7 and staffed by physicians, RNs,paramedics/ EMTs, CNAs,and registration staff.
Position includes rotating shifts/ schedules,12 hour shifts, every 3rd weekend, and holiday rotation. .75 FTE (30 hours per week/ 60 hours per pay period). $5,000 Sign On Bonus. Eligible for Full Time benefits.
Shift Premiums:

• $2.00/hour Weekend Premium
• $3.00/hour Evening Premium
• $4.00/hour Overnight Premium

Requirements
Degree in nursing required
Current RN license to practice in Iowa required
Previous experience preferred
BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certification required; Can certify through WMC.
Must be highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player
