    Requirements:


    • 5+ years of professional experience in a technical and analytical role. Preferably in healthcare.

    Education:
    Master's/ bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.


    • Desire but not required - BA Certified from IIBA.
    • Being familiar with at least the following BA knowledge areas:
    o Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring
    o Elicitation and Collaboration
    o Requirements Life Cycle Management
    o Strategy Analysis


    Other Skills


    • Strong understanding and breadth of experience with technical systems
    • Ability to identify and understand business problems and the impact of the proposed solution on the operations of the organization.
    • Strong understanding and broad range of experience with programming and database languages
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to interact with internal staff at all levels.
    • Excellent oral and written skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal staff.
    • Ability to develop and deliver presentation materials.
    • Ability to field questions in an open forum or presentation.
    • Ability to formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and due diligence.
    • Ability to responsibly manage time.
    • Understanding of the healthcare industry and the information exchange between providers, clearinghouses, payers and employers is a plus.
