- Work directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated environment.
- Work with SMEs to development and publish training materials.
- Works with customers in the development, preparation, and presentation of technical documents.
- Utilize reporting tools, and the Cybersecurity Directorate (CSD) weekly activity reports to gather topics to present to the CSD Chief Operating Officers (COO).
- Work with the customer to develop topics for the Director's Stand Up (DIRSU)
- Brief the customer on weekly suggested talking points,
- Develop and maintain a DIRSU standard operating procedure and a searchable topic tracker
- Develop and maintain an appendix and operation tracker that will assist as a quick reference guide for all CSD operations.
- Ensure final reports are delivered with in the tie limit and the topics are consistent with CSD strategy, corporate strategy, and meets the Director's thresholds.
- Contribute to and/or develop a Lesson Learned program that will capture and documents from various sources to include but not limited to floor observations, OneNote logs, DIRSU topic research, and reporting in the CSD Daily.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience creating training and presentation materials.
- Ability to work with varying levels of personnel throughout the organization.
- Familiarity with customer Analytical tools
- Knowledge of SIGINT processing
