General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager for a new casual dining concept in an exciting West Midtown location. This leader must maintain operations and drive results in his/her restaurant through people development, positive guest experiences, cost control, and sales/profit growth.

• 5+ years of salaried casual dining general management experience
• Asian restaurant concept experience preferred
• New restaurant opening experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading all restaurant location activities
• Strong decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive outgoing personality
• Always willing to go the extra mile to take care of guests and team members
