    Key Responsibilities

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
    • Strong project management and team leadership skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools like Tableau, with knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
