Stefanini is looking for a Backlog Management Analyst, Location: RemoteThe Position the Backlog Management Analyst will support the Program Manager, Project Synergy, in collaboration with our Industrial System IT colleagues to organize, support, monitor, & report on a wide variety of backlog activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business & IT, and define Epic, Sub-Epic, & FeaturesCollaborate with stakeholders to define specific measurable value for identified Epics & Sub-Epics
Define milestones that are tracked in backlog management tools (Ex: Rally, Jira etc.)
Conduct PI Planning every quarter driving specificity on the value delivery commitments, along with milestones.
Support backlog management operations to various PDO teams as appropriate.
Assist Industrial System IT leadership to ensure we are monitoring the big picture of activities and deliverables with the team focused on the right activities at the right time.
Participate in planning quarterly leadership offsites.
